עוף בתפוזים
משום מה פחות יוצא לי להכין עוף בתנור, עד שהכנתי את המתכון הזה! ככ קל ומהיר, כמעט אפס התעסקות ולהכניס לתנור. העוף יוצא ככ עסיסי מבפנים ושזוף מבחוץ, מתקתק במידה ובאמת חגיגי. עוף בתפוזים בתנור בקלי קלות.
מה צריך:
קילו כרעיים
2 תפוזים (אחד סחוט ואחד פרוס)
כוס ציר עוף (אני משתמשת בשקיק ציר מוכן)
3 כפות סויה בהירה
כפית דבש
2 כפות שמן זית
מלח פלפל
אופן הכנה:
מחממים תנור ל210 מעלות על תוכנית רגילה.
מסדרים בתבנית את הכרעיים, מזלפים מעט שמן זית, מלח ופלפל.
בכלי נוח למזיגה (גם קערה זה בסדר) נערבב כוס ציר עוף, מיץ מתפוז אחד, סויה, דבש, שמן זי, מלח ופלפל.
נמזוג את התערובת בין הכרעיים ונוסיף מעל פרוסות תפוז.
נכסה בנייר כסף ונכניס לתנור לכחצי שעה.
לאחר חצי שעה מסירים את נייר הכסף ומחזירים לתנור להשחמה וצמצום הרוטב, אם צריך אפשר להעביר לטורבו עליון. מתקבל עוף עסיסי ושזוף שנופל מהעצם עם רוטב מושלם שמתאים לצד אורז לבן.
